How ChatRamen keeps you in control

• ChatRamen is friend-based: private messaging and calls are unlocked only after a friend request is mutually accepted, so you are never paired with a random stranger.
• You can withdraw a friend request, remove a friend, or block any user at any time.

Safer chatting tips

• Never share passwords, OTPs, banking details, or other sensitive personal data.
• Be cautious about moving conversations to other platforms.
• Do not send intimate images. If someone pressures you, block and report.

Safety tools

• Block: prevents further contact and removes the user from every surface of your experience.
• Report: flags abusive behavior for safety review, available from chats, profiles, and active calls.
• Moderation: ChatRamen uses automated safety signals (including AI-based image and text checks) to reduce abusive content.
